Good job detailing my Jeep. However, the wait and service time was excessive. It took 4 hours to change the oil and vacuum. There is also oil leaking from my vehicle so I had to tighten a bolt. Service has gone down hill tremendously and I'm 100% disappointed with my experience. 1. Arrived 10 min before appt, no one came out to greet me. Finally at 10 min after the appointment time, a nice disappointed with my experience. 1. Arrived 10 min before appt, no one came out to greet me. Finally at 10 min after the appointment time, a nice salesman went to look for a service advisor for me, because no one came out still. He later told me they said they weren't sure if they could fit me in? What? I had an appointment. 2. The service advisor that my appointment was with never came to look for or introduce himself. Gio came out and was pleasant. Asked what I was there for, but I'm nsure why when I already notatated everything when I made the appointment online. Also, there certainly wasn't a shortage of service providers as I saw at least six in the offices. 3. Approximately TWO hours later I see my car finally being worked on. I was only in there for a simple oil change. NOT ONCE did a Service Advisor keep me in the loop. It wasn't until a Sales Manager noticed that I was still there before the new Service guy came to talk to me. Gio never came to speak with me. 4. I asked for my sunroof tracks to be cleaned, that wasn't done. Gio said I would get a full inspection as usual, not sure if that was done. No one gave me any updates even after the oil change. 5. I had to ask if there were any recalls or what should be done next. My old Service Advisor, Eli, was on top of that and made me feel important. I've been getting the basic work done (since you are still not a Fiat authorized service provider) with you guys for almost three years and I've never experienced customer service there as poor as it was. I was trying to be patient since I'm sure the amount of people allowed in the garage is limited. If that's the case, limit your appointments. If you're running that far behind, call me! I understand waiting two hours for walk in, but with an appointment? Unacceptable. More
