I have been using this dealership for a number of years now. I come from Ohio to get service on both my vehicles done. I don't trust anyone with my Charger but I have no worries when I bring it to Central Florida CJDR. I have been having problems with the radio in my van since the day I bought it. I was constantly told nothing could be done by a previous service advisor but when I mentioned it in passing when dealing with a radio problem with my Charger, Chris took action and got the problem with the van radio fixed also. I had been trying to get it fixed for over 4 years and now it finally is. I can't say enough good things about Chris and the service he provided, dealing with both my vehicles at once, working around my travel schedule, getting everything done efficiently and quickly, even with a small hiccup. He is absolutely amazing!!!! More
