Bad customer service. I pulled in to the service area early for my scheduled appointment with no one else in sight. Someone told me my advisor would be right with me and no one talked to me until 6 more early for my scheduled appointment with no one else in sight. Someone told me my advisor would be right with me and no one talked to me until 6 more customers arrived and we're helped before me. My advisor told me it would be done by 12:30 or 1:00. At 2:00 I called and they said my truck was ready. When I arrived my service advisor calls and just now tells me my truck is ready. I went in and checked with him and was told to wait. After 15 minutes more waiting I finally got my truck keys back and had to go get my truck and take all their trash out so I could leave. Very unprofessional More
