Basically the worst experience I’ve ever had for an out change. Made an appointment many days in advance and I showed up on time. The process was supposed to take 1 hour and a half at worst so I decided to change. Made an appointment many days in advance and I showed up on time. The process was supposed to take 1 hour and a half at worst so I decided to stay and wait. 3 hours later they had not even started. I spoke with the manager and they rushed the work but it still took another 45 minutes to get my car back, including the time I had to wait until they take it back for the car wash I was requested from the beginning. They had the courtesy to pick up the bill but that won’t give me back the half day I had to waste waiting for an oil change. Very dissatisfied. More
