Need to improve availability of parts on hand and more technicians to expedite the work load. It should not have taken more than 24 hrs to replaced a battery that was still under warranty, where as, a re technicians to expedite the work load. I’ve been coming back to every 2 weeks with the same issues. Every time it would come back and my dash would light up! On the 4th time I had Andy assist me and he was outstanding.
