Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

I thought service was mediocre. At first they said an attendant would come see me and I was in my truck for about 2o min. I then got off and one of the service man (the one who actually got everything do attendant would come see me and I was in my truck for about 2o min. I then got off and one of the service man (the one who actually got everything done) got me in line for service. He was honest and said it would take about an hour. He came back and told me my truck was done as he predicted in an hour. When I left I was confused because my truck said 20 % oil life. I then saw that it was not rested to the change. Basically they made mistakes and could have been more attentive but I am still happy with the service overall. More

They are way over priced!
