Today I decided to say something after thinking a lot. What happened to me is not acceptable at all. Last visit I had Mr BOB he killed it he’s just awesome and he explained everything the way should. The reason why I put the 2 stars is not because him is because who ever was in the first visit I been told about one of the deals they got, one of them call 15k package everything will be included (oil change, car-wash,…etc) so the guy didn’t explain to me the 15k is just a name and it doesn’t do anything about your car mileage. So after 5k I did try to do the oil change they told me I have to pay for the service again. I didn’t say anything just because was so early 7am and I don’t want to start my day with negative vibes. Seriously I didn’t get it why I did pay more for a fake service. Im very mad FYI: is great importance to most of the ppl to pay attention when they start talking about the packages bcuz they may just sell you words and dreams no more than that. Again Mr Bob did well he deserve 10/10 and the guy before him he just Bla Bla Bla . More

. I've had over a dozen leases all European models.. However when my last lease ended I had no other option than to buy American due to the "computer chips shortage". Therefore, this is my first o However when my last lease ended I had no other option than to buy American due to the "computer chips shortage". Therefore, this is my first ownership experience with an American car. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told it will take over two hours. to service the car(What?? for an oil change??) In the past I would make an appointment and get my car in under an hour vacuumed and washed. If it were to take longer I would be offered a loaner car FREE at the time of the appointment call. Christine was very nice and friendly. I watched through the waiting area and saw my car getting serviced. Finally after two hours, I got my car back.. To my surprise it wasn't vacuumed nor washed. American cars prices are very much like European cars. However in your dealership the waiting area and slower service time needs to be largely improve. The waiting area had uncomfortable chairs, boxes for tables, scattered magazines, no sign of a coffee and refreshments area and a TV just sitting there turned on with nothing playing. I hope that your dealership will take action on improving service time and greatly improve the customer waiting area. Thank you for this opportunity to share my point of view. More
