Took my car for a diagnostic that they told me it was going to take them a day and a half to get done, they kept the car for almost 3 days, charged me $210 and they didn’t find the problem, all they told going to take them a day and a half to get done, they kept the car for almost 3 days, charged me $210 and they didn’t find the problem, all they told me was it could be this it could be that but nothing for sure, and they also told me that they didn’t have time to perform a smoke test in the fuel tank. I showed up to pick up the car, walked in the service department the lady printed out some papers asked me for the money didn’t explained nothing to me, my husband had to ask her for a copy of the diagnostic report, she told him “yeah I can get that for you” the “mechanic was passing by, she called him and asked him to write a report for us, so there was no report, they were not going to give us one if we didn’t ask. My question is, wasn’t supposed to be a report or at least an explanation of what they did to the vehicle? Yes we were communicating by test but still I paid for for a diagnostic report. Very disappointed with everything. More
