It took me 2 hours for a scheduled diagnostic check on my vehicle. Seemed extensive. I was advised to leave my vehicle overnight so it could get repaired first thing in the morning. The following day, once again I never received a call letting me know it was finished. I called once, was told I’d get a call back. 2 hours later, I call to find out it’s done. While I am happy of the work that was done, as a customer, I shouldn’t have to call multiple times to check in and get updates. More
