I dropped my car off at 12 pm and Fernando told me that the car would be ready at 3:30. I arrived to pick up the car at 3:30 and the car wasn't ready and Fernando wasn't even at the store. Fernando could have told me about the car and that he wasn't at the store at that time. I waited until 4:30 and they told me that the mechanic would have to look at the problem a little longer because he hadn't seen what the defect was yet. The problem was simply adjusting the handbrake, very simple, but even so the store still needs more time to check the defect. There was no defect, it was just adjusting the handbrake, simple. This was a joke they did to me, total lack of attention and disorganization. I will not take my car to that store again. More

I bought a brand new RAM 1500 on February 7th of this year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB por year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB port that wasn’t functioning). Every time, I complained about it pulling to the right. The thing is, it would start pulling suddenly without any apparent reason, and then stop pulling just as suddenly. I recorded videos showing the problem in different situations, and they insist it’s an alignment issue. It’s not. I have three cars, and the only one with this defect is this brand-new RAM 1500. Anyway, I work seven days a week, and after several unsuccessful repair attempts, I decided to contact a lawyer because I definitely don’t want this car anymore and I want my money back. More
