Went in to get a 4wheel alignment for my truck was told buy my advisor that it would take 2hours or less I was waiting for 5hours with no explanation of why it’s taking so long. I watched everyone before me & after me come & go but I was still there until the close of business I left the employees. To make matters worse my advisor took $20 bucks off a $200 bill. I was in rage when I left & they act as if this is normal business. Do yourself’s a favor & save your time & money they customer service is horrible & they do not respect anyones time. More

Omg the best Service center ever. Bob was excellent on how quickly he took care of my Vehicle. I was going to just ask questions knowing I needed the service like yesterday. Im more upset with Chrysler than the service department of this dealership, at the moment. But I was expecting to take my vehicle in for something still covered under warranty and then felt like I was trea of this dealership, at the moment. But I was expecting to take my vehicle in for something still covered under warranty and then felt like I was treated in a very condescending and disrespectful way, that I thought was uncalled for by the service team. I will not be taking my vehicle back for service at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram again. And i will especially not be buying another car from Chrysler since they have proved to me that they do not value their customers at all or care to own up to fixing their own recalls. Good luck to both going forward in customer retention if they continue this unnecessary treatment. More
