From accommodating a last-minute test drive to staying late to finalize the sale, Sebastian and AB from the sales team, along with Joaquin, the Used Car Manager, and Juan, the Finance Manager, were all fantastic. Sebastian, in particular, impressed me with his extensive knowledge of Jeep Wranglers. He wasn't just a salesperson; he was a Jeep expert! Sebastian, along with his colleague Chris the Service Advisor, made sure I had all the right parts and accessories, understood how the vehicle worked, and anticipated any upcoming service needs. They even introduced me to Carl in the service department, who went above and beyond as well to help me locate the engine chassis number required to ship the vehicle overseas for my deployment with the U.S. Government. This dealership sells vehicles with the promise of providing great service regardless of make or model, but my experience shows their service department does not uphold that commitment. After waiting an inexcusable five months for repairs, without a rental or alternative transportation, it’s clear their promises are just sales tactics. The lack of communication and disregard for my time as a customer is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if reliable service and integrity are important to them.
