Unfortunately, this was not our best time during our jeep service. Had the worst experience. always had been a pleasure to be helped by the advisor : Rodney Inesta, Now that he transfer department we can service. After 5 days,I had to call to find out, from another advisor,ours was Marcus but always to busy, even busy to call and let me know : they didn’t find out anything wrong, so I needed ta pick up my car” Not even a courtesy message or call to say that…..??? Thanks very much to Marcous and the team there. He fit us in on a busy Saturday when the engine light came on in our truck. We were visiting Orlando from Canada and had to delay our return trip. He managed to arrange a loaner car for us while ours was in the shop, so we were still able to get around, which was much appreciated.
