Dodge Review Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram based on my most recent experience. On Saturday, September 7th, at 1:30 PM, I took my truck to the dealership for a t Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram based on my most recent experience. On Saturday, September 7th, at 1:30 PM, I took my truck to the dealership for a tire rotation, alignment, and balancing. I waited for 3 hours for the service, and when they finally finished, I paid my invoice for $209 and left. Upon exiting the dealership, I noticed that the steering wheel was misaligned and when I drove over 30 mph, the traction control engaged and slowed the truck down. I immediately returned to the dealership and explained what happened. To my surprise, advisor response was that the technician was unable to complete the service on my truck because they ran out of time. That I had to return on Monday because a more qualified mechanic was going to be there and he knows how to work on lifted trucks. That means that I paid for a service that was not completed, which jeopardized my safety on the road. Also, had I not come back to the dealership after I noticed the misalignment, the advisor would have never told me that the job was not able to be completed. So I returned on Monday, September 9th, at 8:00 AM. They took my truck, and after 3 more hours of waiting, to my surprise I was told that my truck could not be repaired because the TIE ROD END ($752.34) needs to be replaced. In the end, I left without having the service done, the alignment on my truck WORSE than it was when I first took it in. I feel frustrated having entered the dealership without any major problems, and a simple tire rotation, alignment, and balancing led to all this trouble and expense. More

Service was completed resulting in another new battery. I still suspect this vehicle has an intermittent power draw when sitting in our driveway.
