I brought truck in to be worked on. I had warning lights saying I need to service my 4x4 system. After the third day they looked at and confirmed the warning messages and let me know th I had warning lights saying I need to service my 4x4 system. After the third day they looked at and confirmed the warning messages and let me know they would have to get me. Rental car. They Uber me to the rental car place that didn’t have anything close to my vehicle. I had settle for a two door challenger. Then after another 4 days my truck was fixed. With 48hrs after I got my truck back I got another warning light saying the air suspension needed to be serviced. I call to set an appointment because I feel like they could have messed up sensor since they just replaced the whole transfer case. The service director calls me to set an appt on that Monday. I take it in and they tell me they can’t look at it till at least the next day. Not sure why they waste my time and gas setting appts they can’t do. The service then tells me he will calll me the next day to bring my truck in to be looked when the have a car rental available. That was a week ago, so I’m taking it they don’t want. He rescheduled me to come back- when I got there - there were no rental cars available- so I ubered home, got a call to come back and get a rental- the uber you sent took me to some sketchy hotel- with no explanation. So I had him take me to the dealership. When i got there- no one knew what was going on- So i just asked for my car back- so I can take it somewhere better. When I purchased my Wagoneer from you guys- I was promised a Wagoneer as a rental when I have service. The 1st time I was there- i was thrown into some crappy Jeep Patriot or something. This time I was going to have to pay for my own Ford Focus or whatever. All around empty promises from the sales department, and incredibly horrible communication and customer service from the Service department. If Wagoneer wants to be like Cadillac or Mercedes- they need to tune up the service department here. It's bad enough I have to bring the car back for a second time to fix the same issue- because they didn't fix it the first time. Now I have to find a new dealership. This is my 7th Jeep/Dodge vehicle. Never had a problem before. I will never buy from Central FL CJDR again, that is for sure. I have such a bad taste from this experience, I probably will not purchase another CJDR vehicle again. Very unhappy. More

I can never go for service without being heckled by another company to fill the cracks on the windshield (which my insurance does not cover so it is not free like they tell you) and I am always sitting another company to fill the cracks on the windshield (which my insurance does not cover so it is not free like they tell you) and I am always sitting there for at least 4 hours. They make up for it slightly because they are kind and usually end up comping my oil change but it always takes two + hours longer than they quote me. More
Went for an oil change, but they didn't reset the oil in the dashboard, so every time I turn on the car still showing that I need an oil change, they didn't even put a new tag when I should do the next chan the dashboard, so every time I turn on the car still showing that I need an oil change, they didn't even put a new tag when I should do the next change. My initial service advisor was not responsive. Genie did not return calls. My vehicle was not looked at for the first 3 days left at the dealership.
