I am a customer at this store for years. My last vehicle bought was a red eye charger, I once took it there for service and they literally lost my car and didn’t even take the time to add me My last vehicle bought was a red eye charger, I once took it there for service and they literally lost my car and didn’t even take the time to add me in the system. They had my car for 4 days and nothing was done for service. Let me add that was my third time bring it in for them to fix what I wanted. Then a few months later I brought my other car in for service, I needed my tire plugged and they called me and said my car was ready and they plugged my tire, but unfortunately they lied to me and charged me 35 dollars for just air. They didn’t plug the tire at all. Worst thing about this whole situation is my husband works there as finance director “jamie gundersen” so of course I didn’t go else where but it’s so sad how they won’t even take care of their own people. They charged there own co worker 35 just for air. They unfortunately don’t put customers first and they take advantage if they see an opening to do so. Almost 10 years I have been dealing with these people. I finally started to go to the store on 50 and they actually take care of me. They actually service my car and fix it and they actually treated me like a real customer. Sandlake store is just ran poorly and you just can’t trust them. Please go elsewhere if your thinking of coming here. I can’t even service my car where I bought it, that’s sad. Plus Wawa gives me air for free and dodge charges me 35. Long story short, they really really suck badly. RUN More
