Terrible experience. Jeep was in shop 6 week plus past visits for the same things. Also, each time jeep is in shop additional issues are found. My 2024 Wrangler came into the service department due to water leaks from both doors. My service writer and friend, Chris C. took very good care of me when I arrived. Unfortunately the water tech was runnin water leaks from both doors. My service writer and friend, Chris C. took very good care of me when I arrived. Unfortunately the water tech was running very late so Chris put me in a rental for the day. The next afternoon my Jeep was completed. Returning the rental was super easy, right there at the dealership. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Thanks Chris and Central Florida Jeep for stepping up. More

Jeannie Seville was my Service Advisor my most recent time there. She offered a seamless process where it required no effort on my end to get my situation reaolved. I mentioned my needs and never had to reminder hee of whatbI needed. Mechanically she knew what was going on and her knowledge of warranties was amazing. She contact me with what I was entitled to with my warranty and without asking had me set up with a rental if I needed, which I did. I was on the road within two days and on my way back to NY to meet very important obligations at home. Without any doubt, this is the best service I've ever received anywhere.
