Super confusing process to get started. Had an appointment, waited around for 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. Fixed about 90% of my issue but still have the warning light for the issue, called and was told to YouTube it and left with a new warning light for my start stop feature that had no issues till I got there. I brought my car to be fixed and since I have an insurance they told me that they would call me back as soon as the insurance people came and inspected the car so that they can give an approval. Onc insurance they told me that they would call me back as soon as the insurance people came and inspected the car so that they can give an approval. Once approved they would call me to let me know. Yet I have never received a call and I was the one always contacting you. Every time I would call (because no one would call me back) to check the status, my service representative was never in. In which I would end up leaving messages. At one point I talked to Greg which I believe is the manager because I asked to speak to the manager, but in the most recent call, he denied me talking to him previously. Since I am a person that dislikes conflict, I decided to not contradict him since he had an attitude while talking to me. He wouldn’t believe me. I tried to explain to him the issue in which I called the location in which they would always tell me that they would supposedly “call me back” in which they never did. I have been in this situation for more than four weeks at this point. Greg told me that the insurance approved to pay. I questioned him on why Chrysler never contacted me about it. So I then requested to Greg the approval number in which he mentioned a company called Fidelity (which is not my insurance company’s name). Then I proceeded to call my insurance company which is Car Shield. They then informed me that they don’t have any claim ever done and that number that Greg gave to me doesn’t belong to them. The second to last thing I received was a very cold text from Greg telling me that he was trying to contact me and the calls never went through. Finally, another cold text was sent to me by Greg informing me that he was going to close the repair order. I am very disappointed with the customer service. More
