Visiting Florida from out of state, I found myself facing the most dreaded problem in traveling - an engine breakdown. My problem turned out to be a water pump and I had it towed to Central Florida Chrysler the most dreaded problem in traveling - an engine breakdown. My problem turned out to be a water pump and I had it towed to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at 10 pm on a Friday evening without speaking to anyone at the dealership. Talk about fingers crossed. Come Saturday morning I spoke with the service department and I was told they would fit it in and get the repair done that day! Wow! Andy Savas was fantastic to work with and I can't thank him enough for all he and his team did to get us back on the road and be prepared to depart the area on Sunday morning.
