Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

Came in in Wed Nov 6 for an appointment that I scheduled in Nov 5. They could not find the appointment. I gave the service guy the paperwork form my dealership on what was needed. 4 hours later. He stated w in Nov 5. They could not find the appointment. I gave the service guy the paperwork form my dealership on what was needed. 4 hours later. He stated we need to order the parts come back Monday nov 11(Veterans Day) @11. On that day they could not find my appointment again. At 230 was told it would be another 2.5 hrs. At 445 was told they had to order another part and would be another hour. At 615pm the part showed up. And took about another hour to finish. The tech who worked in truck was amazing and apologetic. The service guy not so much. You go wasted my entires day. Because parts were not ordered correctly. And mad em miss my day as a Disabled Wounded Combat Veteran. For incompetence. More

Everyone was very nice, but they sold me a used vehicle that had lifter problems. They obviously cleared the codes before selling it, as the check engine light came on while I was driving it home. I had to bring it to them for repairs & they had it for weeks. I live over an hour away from this dealership mind you- pretty freaking annoying when you want to be driving the vehicle you just spent thousands on. On top of this, one service manager said the cost of repairs would be covered by the dealership, but before I got my truck back, he got sick (during covid) & was absent. A different manager called me when the truck was ready & said it would be a few grand in repairs, I obviously refused & negotiated down to $300. All in all I got my truck repaired & it's still going strong to this day, so I can't knock the quality of work from the service department, but I have zero intentions of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership ever again. Meishia from sales department was awesome & I would love to go to her again if she ever works for a different dealership. More

During a routine oil change I received a video from the mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk mechanic suggested I get a tuneup. I thought that it was cool to get a look from the mechanic perspective. I was expecting the representative to talk to me about it but he didn’t, I got a text that my jeep was ready which was a first for me, previously the representative would take the time and walk over to let me know my vehicle was ready knowing I’ve been waiting there for over an hour and half. Long story short I still need to talk to representatives but I am thinking of getting it done elsewhere. More
