Everyone is supremely nice, the dealership itself is very nice. The people themselves are great! HOWEVER, I had already picked out the car through the internet came in a few days before and agreed to a pri nice. The people themselves are great! This should have been in and out in under 1 hour. I only had to sign paperwork. I'm 80 years old and don't need this type of waiting around. The entire dealership experience needs to be revamped.
