I scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance for an oil change. When I got there, I was told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours to complete a 20 minute oil change, even though I was on for an oil change. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my oil change done. Disappointing. More

Complete disappointment! I had taken my car there for the regular oil change and tire rotation. After a few days I noticed air pressure in one of the tires had dropped and I I had taken my car there for the regular oil change and tire rotation. After a few days I noticed air pressure in one of the tires had dropped and I took the car back. After 4 hours of "observation", they concluded that there was nothing wrong and I had to come back for more "in-depth investigation". As it turns out, a quick trip to Tire Plus was the answer, where they checked out the tire with water in 5 minutes and showed me that there was a small puncture in it, caused while the car was in service at at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! Unprofessional and inefficient - every time you take your car here, expect to be spending hours in the waiting room for no good reason. More
