Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Service Center

I purchased my Ram 1500 Limited from this dealership four years ago, and the service was ALWAYS top-notch! My last two visits were downright disappointing! I made a Saturday appointment to have my suspension years ago, and the service was ALWAYS top-notch! My last two visits were downright disappointing! I made a Saturday appointment to have my suspension evaluated. After checking in with the service advisor, I was told it might be Monday or Tuesday before they would look at it! I asked why there was a delay since I made an appointment and was told there was no "certified tech to look at my truck. The following Friday, I was told what they thought was the problem and the repair cost. I was told the parts were not in stock and they would have to see if another dealership would sell them the parts needed. I was also told they would require a deposit before ordering my parts. I advised the service advisor I have NEVER had to place a deposit for repairs, especially since they were in possession of my truck. I canceled my request and got my truck that Saturday. On Monday, I proceeded to another Dodge Dealership in the area (closer to my home), and they correctly diagnosed the problem with the suspension, completed the repairs, and did a tune-up within two days. They did not require any deposit either. At this dealership, there were no salesmen hounding you in the service department attempting to convince you to sell your vehicle either. I have been a loyal customer of CFCJD, but after my last two service experiences, I will not be returning! My service advisor was good, but the current operational setup hinders them and makes them look bad, and it's not their fault! More
