I made an appointment to service my auto due to a recall. Upon my arrival that day, no one greet me. There were two dividual nicely dressed as a salesperson. Right after I parked and look around a car pulled in. Sure, enough one of the salesperson greet the customer and of course was a female. My appointment was 3pm and seem like the technician took his/her sweet time to work on my car. One hour latter I was told that the tech was going to work on it. Took 30 minutes more to get my car from the shop. So, you mean to tell me that the tech took only 30 minutes to check the software. In the meantime, while walking around the floor a saleperson approached me with my information about owning this car and asked me if I was to sale of trade my car for another vehicle. Didn't like that at all. Next time don does not send me anything from your dealership unless Chrysler/Jeep corporation send me a recall. More

An oil change that over 2 hours and 53 minutes - with an appointment…..ridiculous. Why make an appointment? Had I known - I would have not elected to stay there. Additionally, the sales approach to fix my window chips - you just replaced my window-young man was very nice- and the sales man (also very nice) posted up to try and sell me a car- unnecessary…… hard sales- too much. This was not a good experience - had the appointment setter ( she could not say how long it would take) told me 3 hours…..I would have made better choices. Fast service sign needs to be removed before Morgan & Morgan get a hold of them…… More
Friday October 20th, 2023 I came to the dealership to look around at some cars. I’ve wanted a wrangler as it’s a dream car for myself. I walked and was greeted by Kristopher Robert’s. Right off the bat h look around at some cars. I’ve wanted a wrangler as it’s a dream car for myself. I walked and was greeted by Kristopher Robert’s. Right off the bat he was very friendly and helpful. As someone who is young a lot of times I’ve gone into a dealership and never been respected. Normally get the question of “are your parents here”. Kristopher treated me like the adult I am and I did tell him when I got in that I was buying today. I spent the whole afternoon with Kris test driving Jeeps! I fell in love with my now car! 2021 rubicon! I met a lot of great people at the dealership that day! Kristopher, Christopher (my insurance guy!) got me a great insurance! In my budget l! I later on met some other great people: Juan, Todd and I believe (Tony?) I know sure his name but he was very helpful and kind! I met Zeke who is the man in charge of the dealership and my now car use to be his! I got a great deal with the help of Kristopher. Juan and Zeke. Once I decided I was going to get the car I fell in love with I waited for Danny Robert’s! He does all the financing and paper work. The one complaint I did have out of the whole experience was spending 8.5 hours there. Once I agreed to buy I had to wait 2.5 hours for financing. I was tired and hungry and Kris was wonderful and for me snack! But I was frustrated for the time. Jacob is one of the other managers and he offered me a tank of gas next time I go in as compensation for my time. When I left I noticed there was a tire cap missing on my wheel so I have to go back a week later and get that put on. Kris was super helpful making sure I got in and out as quick as he could. I highly recommend going here if you need a new car and requesting Kristopher. Also please use my name as a referral and request Kristopher cause he is great! If you mention my name Kris will make extra magic for ya! More
