I was just in for a basic oil change for my new van. I had to ask if the guy who came to me was my advisor as he didn't introduce himself to me. They gave me bad advice on fluid changes on my previous visit and on this visit damaged custom parts on my Jeep, then kept the parts, and did not tell me.
