Took 4. 5 hours to do an oil change, but the call center scheduled it for the wrong location and day. This was my first time coming to this dealership. I was able to get an appointment quickly for my repair and they were all very friendly. The issue that I had is that their communication was not I was able to get an appointment quickly for my repair and they were all very friendly. The issue that I had is that their communication was not great but I have found this issue with all Dodge Dealerships. I called the day before my appointment to make sure that part was in and ask about dropping off the night before. I asked to talk to my service advisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. I was again placed on hold, after 10 minutes on hold I hung up again. The third time I called I told them about the past two calls and was transferred right away to my advisor. I dropped my car the night before and they were very nice and helpful. My advisor was not there but I was told he would contact me in the morning. I never received any communication from him until I reached out to him later that afternoon asking the status of my vehicle. Pick up went smoothly and I will probably return if I need any other repairs done. More

Took my Hellcat in for service of a CEL and first oil change. Repair and service was completed well, but my hidden GPS tracker showed speeds up to 70 MPH in short "35 MPH test areas" and then exceeding change. Repair and service was completed well, but my hidden GPS tracker showed speeds up to 70 MPH in short "35 MPH test areas" and then exceeding 90 MPH in "55 MPH test areas". It is obvious my vehicle was driven at max acceleration for fun. I notified the service advisor of my frustration with this situation and I hope he took appropriate action. I didn't think I'd need to put my vehicle in Valet mode with a Dealer Service Center. More
