This is the 3rd time i have dropped my car off and waited and seems like you wait 5-10 min for a service person to come out....someone greets you right away to check you in and than says, XXX your service te and seems like you wait 5-10 min for a service person to come out....someone greets you right away to check you in and than says, XXX your service tech will be out.....thats when i notice i am waiting 5-10 min for them to come out... on this last service my car was done and my keys were sitting on the advisors desk as he went to lunch, i asked another person to help and he said it wasn't my advisors fault as he asked them to keep an eye on it but i waited like 20 min when my car was done.... I will be on top of it next time so this doesn't keep happing More
