People are nice usually. But last visit, waiting time was very long. We got a deal on buy 2 get 2 tires and it came with an alignment. Alignment was bad. We returned the vehicle for another alignment and car is unstable at 70mph (Promaster1500) and pulling to the left. Going back Thursday for another 3rd re-alignment. They already told us how the suspension components are probably worn out without looking at the vehicle, but the car drove perfect before the alignment and it only has 53000 miles on the odometer. I'm skeptical about taking my other vehicle for the same deal. I think I might just pay a few bucks more at a tire dealer and not have to go through the stress of taking a work truck back 3x for something that shouldn't be an issue. We already lost 4 working days and are now about to loose another working day if they can do it right. The loss of productivity completely offset the savings we thought we were going to have. I'm sad because I've been loyal to this dealership for the last 21 years. Also got the van back dirty even though we paid nearly $3000 for their VIP program. In the 3 years we owned the vehicle and did every service there, it was never washed, seats or interior cleaned or any of the other VIP services we paid for. More

Service personnel were courteous, polite and professional. Issue is windshield tint which was factory installed and which is illegal in all fifty states resulted in a $120 ticket. I purchased the vehicle from the dealership and the windshield tint was pre-existing at time of purchase. I was charged $105 to remove the tint film rather than it being done gratis. I was also charged an additional 3% because I used a credit card. To say I am really disappointed in the money grubbing approach of the dealership and service department, rather than being service and customer focused, is an understatement. Two free oil changes with purchase, then charge $25 to rotate tires... Really? Anyway, service took several hours, probably because the window tint person was already gone and was called back to work. More
