Marcous is fine but my issues with my vehicle are never resolved and I’ve had to go back about 8 separate times. They also almost blew my engine because of bad service or a defective part and I still have resolved and I’ve had to go back about 8 separate times. Excellent service department. Traveling from out of town (Michigan) and needed oil change. Showed up with no appointment, and was written up promptly. Service rep. explained what will be done and how long it will take. She also encouraged to have vehicle software updated for recalls and other items during the oil change. I agreed. I bought a brand new RAM 1500 on February 7th of this year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB por year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB port that wasn’t functioning). Every time, I complained about it pulling to the right. The thing is, it would start pulling suddenly without any apparent reason, and then stop pulling just as suddenly. I recorded videos showing the problem in different situations, and they insist it’s an alignment issue. It’s not. I have three cars, and the only one with this defect is this brand-new RAM 1500. Anyway, I work seven days a week, and after several unsuccessful repair attempts, I decided to contact a lawyer because I definitely don’t want this car anymore and I want my money back. More
