They are scammers, they sold me a lemon without informing me the first car they sold me had problems and I gave it back, then they gave me a Cherokee and after two months they changed the engine because it was b the first car they sold me had problems and I gave it back, then they gave me a Cherokee and after two months they changed the engine because it was bad, it was a lemon! I could have had an accident in that car! I feel very disappointed of this seller, they made me have difficult times, they are not honest. I thought I could trust a Jeep Dealer for his brand and recognition but it was not like that! I would never buy with you again, I would not recommend it to anyone. More

I haven’t been to a dealership like this in years and believed that every dealership was the same but not this place. Being a dodge man there’s no place else I would go and by the way the first dealership turned me off so bad I walked out on them. Great job guys I look forward to great customer service from here on. Status Update My Service Advisor was GREAT! He took the time to contact the company I purchased my extended warranty from because the company didn't want to cover 1 My Service Advisor was GREAT! He took the time to contact the company I purchased my extended warranty from because the company didn't want to cover 100% of the labor that was required for my car. He "fought" with the company & when it was all said & done, I was only responsible for my deductible. It's a "good feeling" knowing that your Service Advisor has your back! More

stay away from this car dealership I had the opportunity to visit this dealer because I wanted to buy two cars. With the first car I had no problem with the service since it was a lease I had the opportunity to visit this dealer because I wanted to buy two cars. With the first car I had no problem with the service since it was a lease. But on the second car, they promised me a payment with a rate and amount of specific payments that they did not honor. During the whole process of the second car, they only told me that they were going to give me the amount I had asked for, but I would have never imagined that they would change the amount of payments and the rate, for which we had previously agreed upon. When I arrived at the finance office to sign the deal Mr. Jaime Gundersen of finance did not wait for us to sit down and started at once offering the extended warranty plans and other things. He never mentioned the amount to pay, or anything else. I had to tell him to please tell me the amount, which was in the range that had been mentioned, but only a bit little higher. After we reached an agreement, we proceeded with the signing of everything else, for those who do not know now It shows on a large screen that is on the desk where you do not see the numbers that matter most, you only see the part where you sign. Mr Jaime only told me, sign here and signs there and that’s what I did. Well the next day when I reviewed the contract I realized that they changed the amount of payments and they gave me a super high interest rate. I went back to them and spoke with Mr. Jaime, the only thing that he said to me was that he was not obligated by law to tell me what is in the contract and that it was my fault and that he could not give me the interest that we had agreed was the same as another bank in the area. He went back into his office and it did not come out. I finally had to go to another bank for refinancing, who were straightforward with me without having to be begging and having a bad time without need while having an excellent credit . I went back to the dealer to explain that the bank agreed and that I wanted to give him a check but he told me that we could no longer cancel the current contract. It may be that I have some fault for not having checked the contract, but if you want to be honest and clear in business, you must explain in detail and not be silent to see if the client falls for it. I hope that whoever reads this tries to go to another dealer or makes sure you get all the numbers long before you go to sit down with Jaime and when you get there make sure the numbers are the same. More

They gave me an ammount for my car in trade an then other ammount was put in the contract. The financist promised me that I would correspond with the lack of services and it turns out that he resigned and the dealer changed ownership. Even they putted in my contract usseles and unnecessary coverages and I requested refund and every people in the dealer told me differents things coming to suggest that I hire a lawyer to sue the previous owners because the new owners could not be held responsible for my reimbursements. Anyway, for me it was a bad experience. More
