Journey alternator I wasn't happy to hear that my alternator went out in less than 2 years that I bought my new car, but was okay after Steve explained it to me. Until today I could not make my payment, because they do not recognize my name, my social security number , etc. I called many times for everyone, but no one answers my calls, including the seller Marcos ... Mr. Robert Alier, the chat,emails etc. I'm tired of calling, it seems impossible to get any response. Finally, it's easy to buy, it's impossible to get help.
