I called in for a headlight. The bulb was out on the right side. I was able to get in A day or two later and wait ed got her done 2 hours at $170. Headlight restoration 8 4. Headlight bulb 5 595.. bit on the expensive side but did get the restoration done.. didn't seem like they were happy to see me. Wasn't really a valued customer they moved over to Hunters Creek July 3rd so I wanted to get my Chrysler 300 taken care of came over October 14th 2024 to get oil changed and get the car in the system and then I came back December 23rd for the headlight. I appreciate you and I need you. I just wish that You felt that way .. More

I previously left a 5 star review for AB who was our salesman. That review remains accurate. Sadly, our opinion of the dealership is less than poor. We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and salesman. That review remains accurate. Sadly, our opinion of the dealership is less than poor. We have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and they processed the tag incorrectly and even after days, problems getting the tag transferred properly combined with the lack of concern or expediting and correcting the problem, and even less concern with even communicating with us, leaves us in a precarious position. It is as if we have been ghosted because we have problems. So essentially, I will never recommend this dealership and if you decide to do business with them, YOU HAVE ONLY 3 DAYS TO EXCHANGE A VEHICLE, NO RETURNS AND THE MORGAN AUTO GROUP $2,500.00 PACKAGE THAT THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU TO BUY HAS VERY FEW LOCATIONS IN THE AREA SO BOGUS xx. CHECK TO BE SURE THEY HAVE PROCESSED THE TAG TRANSFER CORRECTLY. If you decide to use them anyway, ask for AB. More
