2008 Jeep Problem resolved Shawn was so attentive! Our Jeep was having issues so we took it in to the dealer. He put the warranty back into the system as it should be and then he gave us a rental car until our Jeep could be fixed. Great service Department BUT NEVER BUY A DODGE CHRYSLER This by far is the best service department I have been to. If Chrysler would care about the customers as much as they do of money, I would have bought This by far is the best service department I have been to. I would NEVER buy another Dodge Truck or Chrysler product again. That is a true shame because I loved the looks of the Ram Rebel that I ordered. The transmission had to be replaced and the electronic steering system had to be replaced not once but 3 times. With all this Chrysler was treating me like crap and all I wanted at the beginning was a even swap for another truck that didn’t have these issues. Chrysler told me no we will fix. Well 3 months later and extensive time traveling back-and-forth from Tampa to Orlando I was able to proceed with the lemon law. DO NOT BUY A DODGE/CHRYSLER PRODUCT. More
