I will never return Went in for an oil change for my Jeep when my battery light turned on the dash on the drive in. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong unless they did Went in for an oil change for my Jeep when my battery light turned on the dash on the drive in. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong unless they did a diagnostic ($100) when an Auto Part store can do it for free! Ended up being my alternator needed to be changed so I asked for the cost of repairs and they came back with a $652.00 estimate without tax or shop fees and disposal! Totally ridiculous amount! When you can by an alternators new with a lifetime warranty for $199.00 and it took me 25min to install. And I’m not a mechanic. I will never return! Sad, since I purchased my Jeep there. More

Even while I was waiting for all the paperwork processing other sales reps walking by would talk to me and make sure I was doing ok. Unfortunate Experience. My experience with this dealership was ultimately the worst I think it possibly could have been. When I arrived at the dealership, with a scheduled ap My experience with this dealership was ultimately the worst I think it possibly could have been. When I arrived at the dealership, with a scheduled appointment, there was a line extending out to the road. I was not greeted at my car for at least 10 to 15 minutes. When I called I was told that too many appointments were scheduled for the same time. I asked what to do and the lady on the phone couldn’t seem to give me a solid answer as to whether I should wait by my car or walk inside and find someone to help me. When I was finally helped, a man took one look at my dash as I described the problem I was having and explained that I was going to need a new part without even stepping foot inside my car. I was immediately given the idea that whoever was working on my car was determined to find something wrong and expect me to pay for a new part without even troubleshooting, running codes, etc. I waited in the waiting room which I had to find on my own. I was not told about any of the amenities that the waiting room had to offer. I was greeted by list of what I needed after about an hour that added up to $850. I said that was ridiculous and I didn’t feel that I could trust them due to the way I was greeted. I asked for my keys and I waited outside. I was then pulled in and given additional options as to how I could handle my situation… I am curious to know why this didn’t happen in the first place. I don’t think that this dealership handles customer relationships well at all. I suppose I can appreciate a little bit (very little) of help I got at the end of my visit but at that point I had already been so upset it was hard to leave satisfied. More
