Really great service by Telly and Keith. They put my tires on 4 rims. That I have been driving for 7 years and after I was finished Telly told Keith and me that he would like to make sure everything was tires on 4 rims. That I have been driving for 7 years and after I was finished Telly told Keith and me that he would like to make sure everything was road ready that he was not going to get it to perfection because one of the rims were dent. So I always want to be safe than sorry. I have an appointment Friday and I only trust Telly and Keith a lot of reps wouldn’t of said nothing about it and let me ride off. I will be there Monday so Telly and Keith can get my Jeep’s ready to drive with no worries and let me know that everything is road ready for my round trip to West Virginia. I really appreciate Keith and Telly for making me feel safe next week. Great job Central Florida Chrysler and Jeep you found two keepers with Keith Partin service department advisor and Telly the mechanic. I will personally thank you again when I see you two on Monday. More

I asked him if they filled the fluids with an oil change he said yes. I left with my window cleaner empty. Went to Walmart and bought a gallon of window cleaner and it used over 2/3 of it. Which I marked it with two fingers in the dust. Ended up he did not rotate it in with the other tires. He said he would order a new visor for me and it’ll be In in 5-7 days and no one has called.
