I was seating there for 3 and a half hours to complete a task that only took 30. And every single car being worked on was going to be there overnight so my car should have gotten priority. Came in in Wed Nov 6 for an appointment that I scheduled in Nov 5. They could not find the appointment. I gave the service guy the paperwork form my dealership on what was needed. 4 hours later. He stated w in Nov 5. They could not find the appointment. I gave the service guy the paperwork form my dealership on what was needed. 4 hours later. He stated we need to order the parts come back Monday nov 11(Veterans Day) @11. On that day they could not find my appointment again. At 230 was told it would be another 2.5 hrs. At 445 was told they had to order another part and would be another hour. At 615pm the part showed up. And took about another hour to finish. The tech who worked in truck was amazing and apologetic. The service guy not so much. You go wasted my entires day. Because parts were not ordered correctly. And mad em miss my day as a Disabled Wounded Combat Veteran. For incompetence. More
