I bought a brand new RAM 1500 on February 7th of this year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB por year and I’ve already had to take it to the shop three times to fix various issues (they replaced parking sensors that weren’t working, and a USB port that wasn’t functioning). Every time, I complained about it pulling to the right. The thing is, it would start pulling suddenly without any apparent reason, and then stop pulling just as suddenly. I recorded videos showing the problem in different situations, and they insist it’s an alignment issue. It’s not. I have three cars, and the only one with this defect is this brand-new RAM 1500. Anyway, I work seven days a week, and after several unsuccessful repair attempts, I decided to contact a lawyer because I definitely don’t want this car anymore and I want my money back. More
This was by far the worst service experience of my life. I did not receive updates. The application was either not functional or not updated. Repeated requests for status went unanswered. The repair exceeded the original estimate which I only knew because I was calling on a near daily basis to understand when the car would be ready. Upon trying to pick the car up, the Service attendant lost my key leading to me having to use my AirTag over the course of an hour during my workday to locate the vehicle he had left them in. This was one of the most unprofessional things I ever witnessed in car repair. I have left multiple messages with the GM that as of today have gone unanswered. More

Very happy, explained issue and the fix well. I was impressed that he suggested a loaner car when he saw I was struggling with scheduling. It hadn't occurred to me that, that was an option. My over all experience at Central Florida CDJRwas calming and welcoming. I was looking around the showroom floor when Mieshia approached me asking if I needed help. Told her I was interested in a Gr. With no judgements or asking to see my credit score/bank approval she took me to see the car. She showed me the features of it and again without question she allowed me to test drive it. I saw all of this because my experience at another CDJR was insulting from the moment I walked in. Making me feel I wasn’t worthy of the car and not allowed to test drive the JEEP unless I filled out a credit report and/or agreed on “numbers”. I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically to purchase a car in the future but also for my services on my new JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE L SUMMIT RESERVE More
