This dealership sells vehicles with the promise of providing great service regardless of make or model, but my experience shows their service department does not uphold that commitment. After waiting an inexcusable five months for repairs, without a rental or alternative transportation, it’s clear their promises are just sales tactics. The lack of communication and disregard for my time as a customer is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if reliable service and integrity are important to them. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

No communication. I had to call for updates each time. Also found out the claim to warranty company wasn’t done until I called the day the car was supposed to be ready I had to call for updates each time. Still waiting on an update to what was really done. Go somewhere else. More

I was super impressed with the service we received. My rep. Kayla was informative, kind, and very parient. She never pushed, but at the same time did not give up on us. Although I traded in my Sahara, wanting another one, it was not in our reach. Last minute once we gave up, she found a Sport S that I would be happy with. Again.....never pushy.
