I’m very disappointed with this dealer employee treat people base on their appearance I need a oil change service had a appointment for 3:30pm and got out at 5:40 pm I never thought it was going to take people base on their appearance I need a oil change service had a appointment for 3:30pm and got out at 5:40 pm I never thought it was going to take the long just for an oil change service plus the this guy name Gio barely had communication with me or eye contact he looks very arrogant very unpleasant. Need to improve there customers service in general remove garbage from garbage cans I throw a trash in it was full and a unpleasant smell. More

Horrible! They lied on an insurance claim telling GEICO they put in new sparkplugs, coil, battery. They never did. When I took the car back They said no charge and charged my son 215.00!! Said the car need they put in new sparkplugs, coil, battery. They never did. When I took the car back They said no charge and charged my son 215.00!! Said the car needed an oil change after a BRAND NEW ENGINE! have asked for paperwork from Eli 4 times to show what They did to my car and still NOTHING. Left message for service manager as well. More
