Classic bait and switch dealership. Advertised prices online that they have no intention of honoring. They advertise a low ball price to entice your attention and boost their ratings online for "great de online that they have no intention of honoring. Whatever the price is, expect to pay at least $6000 more than the advertised price. The first charge is at least $2500 - $3000 in straight up "dealer markup" (literally listed as that on the invoice) plus an additional $3000 for some "Central Florida Family Advantage" plan that you can't opt out of. This is before the $1000 document fee (which is normal). They defend the bait and switch pricing as "aggressive marketing" and all but admitted that it was shady, but was what "every other dealer in Orlando does." More
