2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L Series lll 4x4 One of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had! I had purchased a vehicle at another dealership and the experience was not very favorable. The vehic best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had! I had purchased a vehicle at another dealership and the experience was not very favorable. The vehicle I purchased had issues, unfortunately, since I took delivery of the vehicle, I was stuck with it. I decided to look around at other dealerships to find a comparable vehicle and get out of the other one. In researching I came across Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram .. they had a comparable vehicle that I liked, it was a step up from what I had .. this one is an L version which is a longer wheelbase which is what I really wanted to begin with. I called and spoke to sales associate Kayla Mark, who was extremely friendly and very helpful. Because I was working on getting out of the other vehicle and into this one, She had me speak with the general manager, Steve. He was extremely friendly and gave me great advice. They worked really hard to make me happy and put me in the vehicle that I wanted. During our negotiation, I also spoke with finance manager, Miguel who is very knowledgeable in his work. They were able to get me in a price range that I was satisfied with. Miguel also was able to work in warranty, service, and tire and wheel protection, and still kept me in a range that I was comfortable with. I am very happy with the outcome and pleased that I researched further and found Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! More

I have been using this dealership for a number of years now. I come from Ohio to get service on both my vehicles done. I don't trust anyone with my Charger but I have no worries when I bring it to Central now. I come from Ohio to get service on both my vehicles done. I don't trust anyone with my Charger but I have no worries when I bring it to Central Florida CJDR. I have been having problems with the radio in my van since the day I bought it. I was constantly told nothing could be done by a previous service advisor but when I mentioned it in passing when dealing with a radio problem with my Charger, Chris took action and got the problem with the van radio fixed also. I had been trying to get it fixed for over 4 years and now it finally is. I can't say enough good things about Chris and the service he provided, dealing with both my vehicles at once, working around my travel schedule, getting everything done efficiently and quickly, even with a small hiccup. He is absolutely amazing!!!! More
