My salesman Gerald was a very nice guy and friendly, nothing bad about him. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Ram 1500 that from a look over was very nice. I take it to my mechanic the next day and he find nothing bad about him. I ended up purchasing a 2019 Ram 1500 that from a look over was very nice. I take it to my mechanic the next day and he finds body damage to the truck, it then takes me nearly a week and 2 visits before the GM Don got involved and they got Me scheduled to just redo the work to the back of the truck blending out the poor work to make it look better. Even after asking multiple if they would be willing to do something better for me (ex offer some weather mats or some oil changes - SOMETHING) to make up for leaving the damage off my car fax and not even telling me about it (dealer did original repair per Don and mechanic) they just brushed it off as not their problem. If I had known about the body work prior to signing I would have asked for at least $3,500 off the truck price or I would not have bought this truck at all. Can’t say I’ll be a repeat customer at this dealership unfortunately More
