Service Advisor, Keith, and his manager were amazing. I had planned to drop off my Pacifica and take an Uber home, but Keith and the manager jumped into action and got my radio system updated to the lat I had planned to drop off my Pacifica and take an Uber home, but Keith and the manager jumped into action and got my radio system updated to the latest software in less than two hours and sent me in my way. Now, my Uconnect wifi is up and running again.
