We have had nothing but issues with the service manager for our vehicle. To the point that we have now requested working with a different service person. We have had to come in 4 times to fix 2 issues in a for our vehicle. To the point that we have now requested working with a different service person. We have had to come in 4 times to fix 2 issues in a vehicle just over a year old, and have gotten the run around with any questions asked. We were told this was a 1 day fix, and it took almost a week. It wasnt until I got my husband involved that we were able to get any answers, because apparently as a woman I dont need to be informed about my car or understand what they're talking about. The mechanics are great, the Sales department is great, but the service reps need a revamp. More
