I had planned on dropping off my Jeep and having them look at the issue. However, I was informed at drop off they knew what the issue was and it would only take a few minutes to swap the battery. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting i saw the Jeep outside and asked if it was done. They said yes, we were going to come get you. I paid and started to leave and notice the check engine light and all other lights were still on. The entire reason why I dropped it off. I went back and they said they just need to reset it and I’m good. Waited another 30 minutes and nothing. So I said I’ll leave it and just call me when it’s done. This is the second issue I had at this dealership. The first one I did a change oil and they forgot to lock my hood and I discovered it when I got on the highway going home. Almost flew up and broke off. Serious training issues at this dealership. Plus the service people are lazy and rude. More
