We worked with both Rob and Tom, but mostly Tom. Both were great. Tom was wonderful and I wish more salesmen were like him. He was thorough, honest, and patient with us. He explained everything. Well, i've been dealing with Radio/navigation signal problem for 2 years. I went to other dealers and all they can tell me is wait for the update. I was not able to connect to the app and salletite or problem for 2 years. I went to other dealers and all they can tell me is wait for the update. I was not able to connect to the app and salletite or anything. Central florida Chrysler team was able to help me out and figured it out what was the issue. My advisor Andy Savas noticed the issue and had request to build the radio for me to connect to my car 2021 durango and now it is working. I am truly happy and now I have Sirius XM Guardian. For nearly 2 years I didn't have it. Again, shout out to the team. Great work. More
