I waited 20 minutes to check in. Wasn't helped by my service advisory then sat in waiting room for almost 3 hours after being told it would take a hour and a half. I feel every time I go in for a oil change I am not a priority because I'm not spending alot of money. Do not know if I will bring my car back again. More
