Terrible service and lack of communication. The person that was in charge seemed like he couldn't be bothered and decided to be very nonchalant and didn’t explain what my car needed. Very poor service this time. I only went for a regular oil change for my truck. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 am, I arrived at 11:00 and left the dealership 3 hours la I only went for a regular oil change for my truck. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 am, I arrived at 11:00 and left the dealership 3 hours later. It is incomprehensible how they can take 3 hours to do an oil change. I do not recommend this at all. More

We recently had a fantastic experience at Central Florida CDJR while purchasing our new truck. At first, we thought he might not be the right fit for us, as his sales manner was not quite what we used to experience. Jaylen, who teamed up with Scott, was incredibly patient and always was on the same page with me and my wife. He truly understood our needs, helped us secure our dream truck!
