Sincerely, would’ve given this dealership a 5 starts and an A+ if it wasn’t for the attitude I was met from the desk mangers. Searched for a good deal for a surprise gift for my beloved wife. Found this 20 an A+ if it wasn’t for the attitude I was met from the desk mangers. Searched for a good deal for a surprise gift for my beloved wife. Found this 2025 vehicle and sent inquiry through CarGurus. Within minutes, received a response from a great salesman “Luis”, followed by a great conversation with a manager “Joe Lieberman” who understood my needs and made things happen in a very satisfactory manner. Arrived at the dealership within a few minutes and was met with a great salesman “Christopher” who was super patient with my wife’s questions and explained her new SUV’s goodies in a very detailed and professional way, in addition to taking the extra time to show her more colors and options. At the end, she settled for a good choice. Throughout the phone calls and in person, I requested that they pull ONLY ONE credit enquiry. All of a sudden, received multiple notifications on my phone from my monitoring apps with a drop of 12 points of hard inquiries on my credit score of 800+. When I asked the desk manager why pulling multiples against my consent , was met with an utterly ridiculous response of finding the best APR and that no one communicated my clear request of pulling just ONE as per their instructions multiple times. I was fuming in addition to the useless process to verify my veteran status through Chrysler, although provided government issues ID in addition to others. For those 2 reasons, I rated the dealership as such. The finance manager was fantastic and not pushy at all. Rather pleasant and accommodating. At the end, was able to gift my wife with the vehicle and let’s hope we won’t run into service issues as I read the reviews from other customers. Will recommend this dealership after all, just make sure you repeat yourself to each and everyone you meet or talk to, since there maybe an issue with relaying information. More
