I took my jeep in five times complaining of what Jeep refers to as “the Death Wobble”. They pretty must rebuilt the front end of my jeep and never solved the problem. The first thing they did was check the tires. I had two tires with broken belts that caused bubbles in the tires. I bought new tires and the problem was solved. I do not recommend Central Florida Jeep service department. I will say my service advisor Justin was amazing and very nice and well as Tony the service manager. It is just disappointing they did I not start it checking the tires instead of rebuilding the front end of my jeep. More

We found a vehicle we wanted and traveled 1. 5 hours to CFCJR to get it. We inquired on line and was placed with sales rep AB for our initial communication. Email communication is very important to me and AB excelled with our banter answering ALL of the many questions I had before making the long trip to the lot. Once my son and grandson and I arrived we met AB and his infectious smile and demeanor in person. My son and grandson went out for a test drive immediately (we were shopping for a car for my grandson), and when they returned happy with the vehicle we began "negotiations". Cutting to the chase, I had a definite set of parameters I was unyielding about in my conviction. AB worked his butt off back and forth trying to accommodate my terms for us. When all was said and done we got the car, 100% on my terms with some added bonuses in place. We all had a blast during the "talks" and AB made our experience one to remember. I usually dread buying cars and having to spend hours in negotiations but AB made this experience tolerable. If you are looking for a vehicle and happen to CFCDJR, ask for AB. More
This is second time I have been there to get a recall item fixed and was told it was “taken care of.” When I got into the vehicle it was still not working.
