AWESOME SERVICE I had to go to C.F. CDJR to have the hood on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica sent out for repainting due to the edges blistering in paint. Ray was my Servi I had to go to C.F. CDJR to have the hood on my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica sent out for repainting due to the edges blistering in paint. Ray was my Service Adviser and he handled everything even my loaner a brand new Pacifica 2019. I rec'd a call not even a complete week later. It was early in the morning and when I answered it was Ray and he was so pleasant to talk with. When I went to pick up my Pacifica, the hood looked AMAZING and it was a perfect match to the color Red Velvet Pearl. Ray took the time to answer my questions regarding LEASE vs PURCHASE? He is such a GENTLEMAN, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY. Because of Ray's knowledge and actually taking his time to respectfully explain lease to me - I LEASED my 1st vehicle. I will never return Went in for an oil change for my Jeep when my battery light turned on the dash on the drive in. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong unless they did Went in for an oil change for my Jeep when my battery light turned on the dash on the drive in. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong unless they did a diagnostic ($100) when an Auto Part store can do it for free! Ended up being my alternator needed to be changed so I asked for the cost of repairs and they came back with a $652.00 estimate without tax or shop fees and disposal! Totally ridiculous amount! When you can by an alternators new with a lifetime warranty for $199.00 and it took me 25min to install. And I’m not a mechanic. I will never return! Sad, since I purchased my Jeep there. More
