Setting up my appointment was easy, I arrived an was greeted by a courteously by dealership personnel. I explained the issue I was having, handed over my keys and waited patiently for the service to tex greeted by a courteously by dealership personnel. The purchasing process was WAY too long. I had already submitted the credit app days prior and it still took 6 hours. When I went out to my brand new car it had a door ding which wasn’t th I had already submitted the credit app days prior and it still took 6 hours. When I went out to my brand new car it had a door ding which wasn’t there when I test drive it, the wheel caps were missing, there was oxidation where rain had been running down the car, there was still protective plastic on the dash controls. The door edge guards were peeling off and the charger was not in the car. I came back the following week to have these items corrected. When I got to service they didn’t have an appointment for me. My salesperson was supposed to make it and I even confirmed the time the day prior. I told them I would need a loaner car as I knew this would take a few hours. Not surprisingly they didn’t have one for me. There was no apology from anyone. I was just giving the option to wait or reschedule. There are plenty of Jeep dealerships in the area so this will be my last time here. I plan on taking it to another dealer for any warranty work I may need going forward. More
