Winston is great to work with for service and repairs on our Wagoneer. He arranged a courtesy ride and a rental while warranty repairs were being taken care of, which made the experience much better. I brought my Pacifica to the dealership due to rust on the hood and driver-side doors. During the initial visit, I pointed out corrosion on the driver-side sliding door handle. The Service Advisor assured the hood and driver-side doors. During the initial visit, I pointed out corrosion on the driver-side sliding door handle. The Service Advisor assured me that the body shop would paint both driver-side door handles, as they were replacing both doors, so everything would look new. Additionally, I reported paint corrosion on the roof rack crossbars, and the advisor confirmed that the body shop would address this issue as well. After 9 weeks, I was informed that the van was ready for pickup. I specifically requested the Service Advisor to perform a thorough walkthrough to ensure all agreed-upon work was completed. He assured me that everything looked good. However, this was not the case. Upon driving home, I noticed that the driver-side window deflectors—originally installed on all four doors when I purchased the van—were missing. When I contacted the Service Advisor, he apologized for failing to communicate that the body shop could not salvage the window deflectors when removing the old doors. When I asked who was responsible for replacing and reinstalling them, I was told I would need to contact the dealership where I purchased the van (this advise makes 0 sense to me) or Mopar customer service for reimbursement. Aside from this past bad experience, I do want to point out that my Service Advisor, historically, has been good as far as taking me in to bring the Pacifica on last-minute notices and working with me on professional discounts. More
