When I went on Groupon and searched for "state inspection" your ad came up but there was no mention of the fact that it was for Toyota and Scion only. When I clicked on the offer, it was only after I went through all the reviews that you listed in "fine print," that is, it only applies to Toyota and Scion. I feel like it was a trap or "gotcha" ad." In the past you had state inspection offers without the trap.

I called the General Manager twice and left messages. No response. I guess this is further confirmation of substandard services. PS - I forgot to mention in my original complaint that when I had an oil change, I specifically asked that they NOT overfill the new oil. I made this request because my car takes 3.6 quarts and I suspected they would dump 4 quarts without paying attention. After waiting for the oil change I had to again wait for them to remove the excess oil. Too much oil increases pressure in the engine and can blow gaskets.
